since I could find an answer in the EULA or with the search tool. If one person got 5 accounts and is macromining with 3 of them. Will the "person" get banned or just the 3 macromining accounts?

I use them all the time, 5 T2s can make up to 312m¦/minute(-flighttime). And they are the only way, to bring a Hulk over 3000m¦/minute. ;)

Never seen any ships with bonuses to that. And afaik only the "Alchemist ZA" Implants and cycletime reduction by Mining Director, using the Laser Optimization Link, affect gas cloud harvesting.
